Our PROCESS

"méthode cognaçaise"

Varietally-expressive grapes

Produced in classic California wine-making style by using grapes selected for their prime ripeness, OMAGE incorporates varietals sourced from four distinct Central Valley grape districts. Varietals include Muscat Canelli (stone fruit flavors); French Colombard (floral citrus notes); Grenache (berry flavors); and Mission (fruitiness with lots of weight).

Barrel-aging innovation

Taste profiles are perfected during aging by incorporating oak variations to enhance flavor while reducing the sweetness typically found in the value-brandy entries. Charred and toasted American bourbon and French oak barrels are used to create natural,beautifully-balanced flavor profiles.

Advanced distilling techniques

OMAGE is distilled in both pot and column stills. Varietal grape aromas captured during the vinification and distillation process are the hallmark of superior brandy and the core of our technique.
